The 50-square-meter, two-room apartment is located in the attic and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment’s bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). The living room features a modern sleeper sofa that accommodates the third and fourth guests, and is equipped with a TV and stereo system. From the apartment’s balcony, you can enjoy a unique view of the sea and the dune forest. Here, you can spend idyllic hours listening to the sound of the waves—or watch the hustle and bustle on the beach promenade. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living room and is separated from it by a high counter. Through the apartment’s hallway, you’ll reach the naturally lit bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, and heated towel rack.
A designated parking space is available for you on the property. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. A lockable bike storage room, a small fitness room with a ping-pong table, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer are located in the building’s basement and are available for use by guests.
