Located within the prestigious private park Parco Cascone, historically known as "Parco dei Mulini", this charming apartment in typical Positano style is a warm residence, lovingly maintained by the same family for over thirty years.
The structure stands in an enviable position just 100 metres from the centre and a stone's throw from the famous little square of Positano. This strategic location allows you to reach on foot and in just a few minutes both the main beach and the characteristic pedestrian area, renowned for its boutiques and traditional shops. Furthermore, the proximity to the bus and taxi station facilitates trips to discover the other picturesque towns of the Amalfi Coast.
To reach the accommodation from the main road, guests walk along a scenic stretch of 145 steps.
The accommodation, perfect for comfortably hosting up to four people, where spaces are optimised with extreme care.
The main sleeping area consists of a spacious and comfortable double bedroom that offers a splendid view of Positano and the crystal-clear sea.
A second and versatile bedroom, also overlooking the spectacular coastal panorama, is finely furnished with a spacious wardrobe and two poufs that can be transformed into two comfortable single beds when needed.

This property location was great! A lot of stairs to the apartment but that is everywhere in Positano. Small apartment but no indoor living area as shown in pictures but lots of outdoor living area, so there is really no need for an in door living area unless it is raining the entire time you are there like it was for us unfortunately. Giulio was very helpful with transportation and restaurants or whatever we needed help with, would definitely stay there again and hope for some more sun!!

I stayed for four nights with my 19 and 21 year old daughters. The apartment was perfect for us. The location and view from the terrace are amazing! Hosts arranged for our drivers from and to the airport, our boat trip to Capri, and gave recommendations for restaurants and other excursions. Valerio answered all of our questions at check-in. He arranged dinner at La Tagliata for us, but the shuttle never came to pick us up. We waited 1.5 hours because they kept saying they'd be there in a few minutes. That was our only disappointment. If you are planning on La Tagliata, I would call to confirm the day you plan to go. This is the perfect place for a couple or small family. I would return again!
