A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
This is the apartment where I stay when I'm in Berlin. It comes with Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, sheets and towels, and a TV with internet streaming capabilities (for example, if you have a Netflix account). The hot water in the bathroom is now working. It’s very quiet, in a very green area, with a few playgrounds for children in Viktoriapark (100 meters from the apartment) and in Gleisdreieck Park, through which you can reach the Yorckstrasse subway station in 10 minutes. Near the house, there’s a Lidl, a few bars/restaurants, and various shops (grocery stores, bike shops). Please note that it’s difficult to find parking for your car. Great location in the Kreuzberg neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants nearby and convenient to public transportation. The apartment was charming and perfect for 2 people.

We totally loved our stay at the comfy apartment! It was very clean and quiet. We were quite happy with the response from host with any questions we had and was prompt with getting back to us. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Rather put off by the tagging on the main door, and the untidiness of the street. Came to realise this was pretty stamdard for Berlin. Reasonsble location for getting to central Berlin. No air conditioning wasn't too bad. An option of a single sheet eould hsve been great. Paolo who let us in was lovely.
