This is a very clean well kept house. Nice open floor space was great for a group. Was close to UNC campus and lots to do. Would definitely stay here again

The house was just what we needed to move our son into school. The location is great in proximity to the college. A lot of nearby stores and restaurants too. The property itself needs some landscaping as the grass was long, and the backyard is not what the picture online was. I emailed the owner about no paper goods left such as paper towels and toilet paper and he responded back but we had to go buy. The inside of the house is nice and spacious. Neighborhood is quiet.
