Completely renovated stone village houses, called "Rosiers" at a place called "Le Barry" n ° 7 which is quiet and which is located in the heart of the hamlet of Larressingle, very close to its medieval castle.
The house, perfectly insulated and tastefully furnished, consists of:
Ground floor: living room opening onto a patio, dining room with table for 12 people, open fire area; kitchen with large gas stove, 2 fridges, one with freezer compartment, dishwasher, storage cabinets; Dishes, small appliances and household utensils are very complete; a bedroom with two bunk beds, a WC / shower.
On the patio: garden chairs and table, dining area, barbecue, parasol.
On the 1st. floor: three large bedrooms with linen and a child's bed; a bathroom with bath and Italian shower, large closet, two sinks; a toilet and a washing machine.
2nd. first floor: a bedroom in the attic with 2 single beds which is accessed by a staircase like a miller's ladder.
In front of the house: a garden with a 10.50 m long swimming pool; arbor with table and benches, deckchairs, parasol and table tennis area.
Rental conditions: July and August; minimum one week from Saturday 5 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m .; small animals (dog or cat) weighing less than 15 kg allowed. No smoking.
The rental includes all household linen: sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths.
WiFi is available. There are two television sets.
The pool is managed by me (Water analysis and cleaning)
The beds are made upon arrival and the house is cleaned. When you leave, the premises must be left clean, the barbecue cleaned and the garbage cans emptied.
The rental guarantee amounts to five hundred euros, checks are not accepted. It will be returned after inventory in the presence of both parties.

It is classified among the most beautiful villages in France and is part of the Great Sites of Occitania.
Located in rural area. Over 60% of the crops are organic.
It includes three restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a tea room.
In terms of tourism, in addition to its remarkable castle and church, there is a site dedicated to war machines.
Night markets and medieval meals are organized as well as outdoor theater performances.

We had a lovely stay with family. there were six of us staying and the property was spacious. The three main bedrooms had ceiling fans which helped on hot nights.
The children enjoyed the pool, however the pool was deep for them and we had to purchase some inflatables for them to get the most out of swimming as they were unable to touch the bottom.
The area surrounding the cottage was very peaceful but within walking distance was the castle, restaurants and the medieval siege. The main town of Condom was about a 10 min drive away.

Friendly owners who go out of their way to ensure all goes to plan, while keeping our of our way to keep privacy. The small road crossing to the pool is not a big deal at all, the pool area is beautiful in its own right. We were a bunch of foodies and found the kitchen repleat with everything we needed. The town had Bastille fireworks that were impressive and a medieval hog feast which was great. We like our astro too, so sitting in the evening star and specifically milky-way gazing was a perfect way to end the evenings.

The house was very pleasant and clean. There was enough space in and outside for 10 people to relax and enjoy their holiday. The host was very nice as well. She helped us out when needed and checked in regularly to see if everything was still allright.
