Tall ceilings create a spacious and airy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day on the beach. Enjoy the comfort of the cozy seating area, including a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying the scenic surroundings.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed with an attached private bathroom and access to a private deck with ocean views. The deck connects seamlessly to the main deck via a walkway.
Bedroom 2: King bed with a shared bathroom (accessible from the hallway).
Bathrooms: Two well-appointed bathrooms, including a private en-suite with dual sinks in the primary bedroom for added convenience.

A quieter location on Folly Beach! We stayed for 3 weeks in May and the beach in front of the property was always significantly quieter than the beaches on either side. We booked again for next year before we left. House was in good condition, but was starting to show some wear from the last rehab - nothing that bothered us or impacted our stay. We basically lived on the deck, but be aware it's wood so be careful of splinters and the railings block your view compared to the new wire design. Also being a surfing town, there's lots of thongs. Our dog loved it, but be aware there's no dogs on the beach 10am-6pm after May 1st.

A quick response to a problem was impressive. The rental agency’s employees who dealt with us were very helpful.The location is ideal, off the beaten track but right on the beach. It is wonderful that it is dog friendly. It’s our favorite house on Folly.

Will come back - could have been cleaned a little better, but it’s our favorite place to come. We celebrated our 11th anniversary and was married outside on the beach at the same property. Love the updates…
