Great beach house! Located on the best stretch of Folly Beach. Very private. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Great deck, very close to the shore line. Panoramic views of the ocean front!

Gorgeous location, that is 100% true. However, the photos are not representative of the current state of the property. It is in need of some TLC as there are many things that need upkeep (e.g. chipped paint, raised nails on the deck, cracks and and some water damage). This is still a nice home, but thought it would be in better shape given the daily rate. One request for the owner is that a new grill is needed. Could barely cook a hotdog with it, did not even try a more expensive piece of meat. The Dunes Property company was very helpful though, although there was a snag in the check-in, but they remedied it quickly (however had a moment of panic at 9pm while trying to get the keys).
