If an HVAC service call is required due to thermostat settings below 72°F, the cost of the visit may be charged to the guest.
HOA Rental Registration – Required Before Check-In
Please note that the HOA requires all guests to complete a rental registration form prior to check-in. A $25 HOA processing fee is required to have the registration form processed.
You will need to provide the information required to fill out the form and pay the $25 fee. It will be collected after booking.
Mail & Deliveries
Community regulations prohibit guest use of the on-site mailboxes. Amazon and other packages may be delivered directly to the unit. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
Supplies
We provide a starter set of toiletries and household essentials to help you settle in comfortably. Guests staying for extended periods may need to purchase additional supplies as needed.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the shared courtyard. Self check-in using our electronic locks makes your arrival simple! :)
Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout.
AC usage:
To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.

Have stayed in a fair number of VRBO/B&B. Good spaces, convenient to paths/restaurants—but very cheaply and sparsely furnished. Plastic glassware stained and many cracked, no drain plug for sink, only 2 coffee cups, no dresser in either bedroom, one comfortable chair badly in need of upholstery cleaning. Overall cleanliness mediocre. We bought bins for our clothes, hangers, coffee mugs, glassware, throw to cover chair so we could sit in it.
