50m from the beach of Vieil and close to shops (restaurants, small supermarket with bike rental, tobacco shop), this pretty new house, decorated with care and offering all comforts, including fiber internet and television, awaits you for a relaxing holiday in this typical village of Noirmoutier.
This 72m2 house offers on the first floor an entrance with storage, a toilet and a beautiful and very bright living room with American kitchen opening onto a furnished patio.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with two 90 single beds and a master bedroom with 160 cm bed, a bathroom with Italian shower and a toilet.
Household linen and towels are not included but they can be offered for rent:
- Sheet kit 15€ per bed
- towel kit 8€ per person
You will need to let us know by email when you make your reservation.
For the end-of-stay cleaning, a flat rate of €60 will be added to the price of your reservation.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking in the house.

The interior of the house is beautifully designed and presented and contained everything we needed for our stay, including those useful things such as eg cooking oil, dishwasher tablets and clingfilm that most places don’t have. Dominique and her husband were there to welcome us, were very kind and friendly, and had provided lovely snacks and drinks for our arrival. The house is handily placed for cafes, a Spar and the beach in the picturesque old town. You can’t fail to have a relaxing stay here. We were two adults and two girls aged 12 and 13 and it suited us well. We took bikes and cycled everywhere…

Fantastic stay in Le Vieil. The hosts are such lovely people and very welcoming, the house is beautifully furnished and the location is magical. We had everything we needed: the beach just a few metres away, space for our bikes, well-equipped kitchen, a wonderful private courtyard, and a luxurious shower room. And an unexpected bonus: a surprise downstairs loo (couldn't see it on the property listing). Le Vieil is one of the most beautiful parts of the island, and perfectly situated to reach our favourite beaches, restaurants and markets. A real pleasure to stay here, and we can't wait to go back another year!

First class find, the house is tastefully and stylishly decorated.
It has everything you could want, well equipped kitchen to smart TV. Not to mention the sophisticated bathroom.
The location is superb, beach, two restaurants and shops on your doorstep.
You can even hire bikes from the Spa, not one minute walk.
The hosts (Dominique & Husband) were excellent, great communication and lovely people.
We cannot wait to return.

The ile de normoutier was new to us. It proved an attractive and interesting island with friendly people and good cycling
