Welcome to River Cottage — a newly renovated, luxury waterfront sanctuary located in the heart of Kennebunkport’s iconic Dock Square. This refined 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat marries coastal elegance with elevated comfort, offering an unforgettable stay along the peaceful Kennebunk River.

Inside, crisp shiplap walls and ceilings create an inviting coastal backdrop, while the living room’s gas fireplace sets the tone for relaxed evenings. The gourmet chef’s kitchen is a highlight, appointed with premium appliances, a generous island, and all the tools needed for effortless cooking, baking, or entertaining. Each bedroom is designed for serenity, featuring luxury linens and thoughtful touches throughout. A sleek stacked Miele washer and dryer provide the convenience of home.

Step outdoors to beautifully manicured grounds and your own private dock, an idyllic spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply taking in the river views as boats drift by. And with shops, galleries, and both casual and fine dining just a short stroll away, the very best of Kennebunkport is right outside your door.
