The Landidyll 02 vacation rental is a newly renovated and modernly furnished duplex apartment (completed in July 2020) with three rooms that can accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults and 1 child). The apartment is part of a complex that includes two other vacation rentals in the main building of a former farmhouse. The property is situated in a quiet location not far from a natural beach, cliffs, and the coastal bike path in Elmenhorst, just outside Boltenhagen (about a 10-minute drive).

Spanning three floors, this stylish vacation rental features a spacious living area with a cozy dining area and a chic built-in kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a guest restroom, and a storage room. In this approximately 80 m² apartment, you can enjoy a wonderful family vacation with all the amenities you need.

Enjoy your vacation in a rural, idyllic setting. You’ll have over 80 m² of living space with access to the terrace, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a guest restroom.

An outdoor staircase next to the spacious south-facing terrace leads to the stylishly furnished living and dining area. The adjacent modern kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils such as a toaster, electric kettle, etc.

The entire apartment is stylishly and functionally furnished, creating a cozy atmosphere. A 55-inch TV is available in the living area. The adjoining dining table offers plenty of space for meals with the whole family.

On the first floor of this uniquely laid-out vacation apartment, you’ll also find a modern guest bathroom. There’s also a storage room where you’ll find a vacuum cleaner and other supplies, and where you can store your luggage.

The hallway niche also houses a coat closet with plenty of space to store your jackets and bags. The entire lower level is equipped with underfloor heating, which provides cozy warmth during the cold months.

A large wooden staircase leads to the hallway on the first floor. From here, you can access the spacious bathroom with a shower or the cozy bedroom (double bed, 160 x 200 cm). A TV is also available here. The room also features a desk where you can write postcards about your fantastic stay on the Baltic Sea coast. You’ll have plenty of space to store your vacation wardrobe in the closet and on an open shelf.

Another flight of stairs leads to the second open-concept bedroom, which is furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 cm). Each of these can be pulled out to transform the room into a large sunbathing area. From this charming room, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the garden through the arched windows. Of course, there’s also a TV here for some entertainment.

All rooms feature high-quality designer flooring, and the bedrooms can be darkened with pleated blinds.

Since the individual floors are not physically separated from one another, stair gates have been installed to keep the little ones safe.
The apartment has a charcoal grill. A shared washing machine and dryer are available in the adjacent utility room.

Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in a dry area in the bike storage room in the adjacent building. You also have the option to reserve rental bikes online before your arrival and take advantage of a pick-up/drop-off service. (way2bike.de)

Für A high chair and a travel crib are available free of charge for younger guests. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to you free of charge.

The covered wooden deck of the adjacent building is available for all guests to use. From here, you can also enjoy the sunset.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).
