Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict, non-refundable cancellation policy.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unexpected cancellations or travel delays.
Pest Control Notice:
Our property receives regular monthly pest control service to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Service schedules may vary, so we’re unable to confirm an exact date or time in advance.
Please note that treatments are conducted outside the unit only, and there will be no need for entry during your stay. Guests will be notified once the service schedule is confirmed.
PET POLICY & LIABILITY TERMS
• All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
• Pets must be under control and on a leash at all times when outside the property. Florida law states that pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets may not be left unattended outdoors or allowed to roam freely on the property.
• Guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times, including any injury, damage, or disturbance caused—both on and off the property.
• Any incidents involving a pet (including bites, attacks, or property damage) are the sole responsibility of the guest. Aggressive or dangerous animals are strictly prohibited. Any pet showing threatening behavior must be removed immediately.
• Host/Property Owner assumes no liability for pet-related incidents.
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host/Property Owner from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their pet.
• Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or complaints may result in immediate removal without refund.
By booking, guests agree to all pet-related terms and accept full liability for their animal.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and our host Nina was extremely attentive, responsive to questions and had great recommendations for dining. While we weren't traveling with children, the house had a number of nice touches for families from board games to strollers, to kids dinnerware. And every drawer was labeled so it was super easy to find everything from pots and pans to the toaster!

We drive from out of state and overnight for a wedding, naturally hoping to check in a bit earlier than 4pm to maybe take a nap and get the kids out of the car. The owners communication was very prompt and this was not on the table at all so I would recommend maybe a bit more flexibility on this at maybe an extra charge if it’s a necessity. Overall this property was very family friendly and inclusive if you have little ones. There were plenty of toys and our children were well entertained. The outdoor turfed and fenced area was great although you can’t keep the door shut unless you use a jimmied nail to hold the door shut and there were a few wasps making a home as well. The place was very nicely decorated and very clean. I would only recommend black out drapes in the master bedroom so you’re not rising with the sun, a new shower head for master bath so you’re not rising in a drizzle, detergent pods to go with the washer and dryer on site, and some coffee supplies/a spice cabinet. Family friendly place to stay that caters to the kids. Just needs the little things us adults thrive off of. We would stay again.
