Welcome to Tyra Aspen #8 in the heart of Breckenridge! Enjoy the beautiful scenery at this stunning four bedroom condo located at the on-mountain Tyra Aspen complex, just steps away from the Snowflake ski lift. Surrounded by open space and wetlands, this condo is finely decorated and has all the amenities.
This is the perfect location for all seasons! The complex is located between the Snowflake and 4 O'clock Trails and just 4 blocks from downtown. Enjoy soaking in the on-site indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Or relax in front of the fireplace after a day of exploring. The open layout makes it easy for the whole family to be together. The dining area has seating for six, plus 2 bar seats, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
The first floor primary bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. It also has a private balcony with Adirondack chairs that look North over towards the 4 O'clock Trail. Also on this floor is the bunk room that has its own flat screen TV for DVDs only. You can travel a little lighter, because Tyra Aspen 8 has its a private washer and dryer right off the second bedroom.
Upstairs you'll find the third and the fourth bedrooms along with a full bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and boasts another private balcony. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds.
Whether you're skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, shopping, or dining, Tyra Aspen 8 is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing and convenient vacation.

Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

3 minute walk downhill to Snowflake chair. After an overnight snowfall we could ski right back to the front door. Kitchen had nice supply of spices, etc. retained from prior guests. We would be glad to stay there again.

Perfect location right next to the slopes. Clean and spacious and perfect space for our group of 5.

10 of 10 on location true ski in ski out condo with lift right across the street and short walk at end of the day is so nice. Condo is dated but was ideal for a group of 6. Probably due for a full remodel but would certainly stay here again for the proximity to the lift.

Excellent location. We were unlucky with the snow conditions, but any other year the location would be perfect. The problems were with maintenance and general upkeep. One of my guests slept on the floor because her mattress was so bad. My bed was worse than my college dorm 40 years ago. Mattresses are pretty inexpensive… The electrical outlets are so loose that I had to jam my glasses case under the plug to keep my charger from falling out of the wall. The TVs are old and tired (probably wouldn’t have noticed if the snow wasn’t so bad…). Overall it just seemed like the owners weren’t trying to make the place comfortable. Other places we’ve rented always exceeded expectations. This one came up short. I would happily stay in the same area again, just not in this condo.
