The house has a formal living room with two sofas and two additional dens. FIVE Private BEDROOMS, FIVE FULL BATHROOMS, a total of TEN beds. There are two King beds, six queen beds, and two twin beds, and two queen-size quick blow-up mattresses! FOUR bedrooms have private full baths. The 5th full bath has a huge walk-in shower that can be accessed by the fifth bedroom off the huge den adjacent to the 40x20 outdoor pool (which is not heated and is open April until November 1). There is a 70-inch TV in one den, and a 65-inch TV in the second den, and TVs in four of the five bedrooms. THERE IS WIFI THROUGHOUT! This amazing totally private 5,000 sq ft house has a series of walled courtyards which creates a beautiful Mediterranean villa with 5 bedrooms/5 baths on 7 private acres with 188 feet on the LAKE HAMILTON MAIN CHANNEL, with a fishing/swimming dock, and TWO BOAT stalls. This is NOT a condo with shared grounds, lake access, and pool. It IS a totally private house and property and with 7 acres--guarantees no close neighbors. You will be in your own totally private paradise retreat.
There is a 40x20 pool off back patio that is fenced for total privacy. There are a series of four courtyard surrounding the house for privacy or intimacy. The East courtyard has a flagstone patio and cafe seating for privacy it is off one of the guest bedrooms also, the South courtyard contains a long covered porch with a 6x10 granite table, a bar area, a propane gas grill and a charcoal grill. It is a 25x35 ft area that looks out onto a bench/swing that is fun for all ages. The North patio has a flagstone path from the garage entrance and a small covered porch with rocking chairs and a tropical fan for a small getaway area, the West courtyard, contains a long covered porch with a dining table, and additional comfortable seating and two ceiling fans........it looks out onto the pool area. The pool has a 6 ft wooden fence for total privacy.
The house is large with three common gathering areas including a formal living room, a sunken living room off the dining room/kitchen area, and a huge 1,000 sq ft den that leads to the pool. All floors are hardwood, or tile...in other words, the house is designed for casual living. I designed this house for lake living without worry about carpet. I placed a full-size refrigerator in the den (also has a sink and wine refrigerator) for quick access to a cool drink from the pool area. The den leads directly to the pool.
****NOTE: The rate listed is the minimum rate for up to 10 occupants. There is a $35 nightly fee for each additional occupant. A total of 12 occupants are allowable.

We had a wonderful time enjoying this absolutely beautiful property. It was clean, it was well cared for, it was spacious, and it was well stocked. We loved the pool area and ate some family dinners outside. It was “feels like” 104 degrees and the pool was so clean and totally refreshing. Although the fish were nibbling, our fishermen were denied a catch off the dock, but the dock was a real plus in our eyes. We saw ducks and heron and enjoyed the sunsets over the water. The kitchen was stocked very well for cooking but it could use a few mixing bowls and refrigerator Tupperware containers. We cooked and ate all of our meals there and had everything we needed. Appliances all worked well in both the kitchen and laundry area. The property was close to all things Hot Springs and we did much exploring of the area and the National Park and bathhouses. The privacy and quiet of the property was really enjoyed as well and lent itself to sitting outdoors for watching the World Cup on the large outdoor tv, playing board games, and enjoying the gorgeous gardens and nice weather we had been blessed with. Most of all I need to comment on the excellent communication we had with the owner of the property, and her willingness to make my handicapped husband as comfortable, and his stay as enjoyable as was possible. This was indeed a 5 star rental that you will enjoy. - we did!

I can’t say enough about this property! First of all the host is amazing to work with, so communicative, kind and helpful! The house was immaculately clean, so great to have three different living spaces for a large family to spread out. The pool was definitely a highlight and so much seating outside. We rented a boat through fun day rentals which I would also highly recommend and they brought it right to the boat slip on the property which made for a day of great fun on Lake Hamilton. This property had everything-awesome kitchen to cook in, great living spaces, private bedrooms and bathrooms for all, wonderful outdoor space and pool, and access to the Lake. We had our 10 month old grandbaby with us, and it was so nice that she could sleep in one part of the house and we could be loud in another part without disturbing her. Really appreciated it being pet free as our family are sensitive with allergies! Best rental we’ve ever had!!!!

We had a great stay for our group of 8 adults and 1 kiddo. The house is big with several areas to lounge and hang out. The pool was great and super clean. Fully stocked kitchen as well.

House is interesting with many antique pieces. Updated areas are good and pool is lovely with good outdoor furniture. We had hoped to use boats with the dock but there is no space as the cove is crowded. We had to limit our younger children from being at the dock alone as the dock is not visible from the house. In fact there are no lake views and the walkway to dock is steep.
House has good space although the downstairs bedroom with multiple beds is a long distance from a bathroom.
We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being in Hot Springs. The owner was very good to work with.
