Vacation Apartment 11 at the Fritz-Reuter-Weg 2 vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

This cozy 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building, features a balcony facing northeast, and spans two levels. The 78 m² vacation apartment features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, three sleeping areas, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 200 m from the Fritz-Reuter-Weg complex.

You can access the furnished balcony from the living room. Enjoy the partial lake view from here during the winter and fall months. The living area is furnished with a dining nook, a cozy two-seater sofa, and an armchair. A pleated blind provides privacy. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide additional comfort.

The modern kitchenette features an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a freezer compartment. In the basement, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. A pleated blind is installed at the window for blackout purposes. An internal spiral staircase in the entryway leads to the upper floor.

Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a closet, another flat-screen TV, and a selection of games. The front, open sleeping area is furnished with a sofa bed (140 x 185 cm). A roller shade was chosen to block out the light. The entire apartment has laminate flooring.

A unique feature of the apartment is a washing machine in the shower room. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. The vacation complex at Fritz-Reuter-Weg 2 is located on a quiet side street. The apartment includes Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and a parking space in the carport (height 1.90 m) in the immediate vicinity.

The Fritz-Reuter-Weg 2 vacation complex is located on a quiet side street and is close to the beach. The fine sandy beach is only about 200 m away.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this complex.
