Vacation Apartment No. 60 at the Seestern Residence is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 people.

Spend a relaxing vacation in this 45 m² two-room vacation apartment on the second floor, which features a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The balcony faces northeast. The beach is only about 100 m away.

Your living room, with laminate flooring, is well-equipped—from a stereo system to satellite TV (flat-screen TV) with Sky channels. It features a pull-out double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) that provides two additional sleeping spots. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture.

The kitchenette integrated into the living room offers plenty of dishes, a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-burner stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and more. The dining area offers plenty of space and comfort for culinary delights.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a 3-door wardrobe to store your travel essentials. The floor is carpeted. Of course, the windows in this vacation rental can be blacked out.

The Residenz Seestern vacation complex is located in the center of Boltenhagen. Enjoy relaxation and wellness in the complex’s wellness area with free access to the swimming pool (the Residenz Seestern wellness area will be closed from Jan. 6, 2025, through Jan. 26, 2025, for maintenance and deep cleaning). Spend relaxing hours in the sauna area (for a fee). Popular restaurants await you on the first floor of Residenz Seestern.

The complex offers an elevator and an underground parking garage (entrance height: 1.95 m). A bicycle storage room provides space for bicycles. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and Sky are available free of charge.

Vacation apartments in the Residenz Seestern complex


The Residenz Seestern complex consists of four buildings connected by the underground garage.
You can reach your vacation rental by elevator (dimensions: 0.70 m x 1 m) from the underground parking garage or via three steps from the building entrance. Of course, every vacation rental at Residenz Seestern features a terrace or balcony.
When the weather is nice, younger guests can have fun on the playground, which features a slide, sandbox, climbing frame, and nest swing.

As a special highlight, the Seestern Residence in Building 1 offers a wellness area where you can use the swimming pool free of charge year-round or (for a fee) enjoy the sauna in a well-maintained setting (the Seestern Residence wellness area will be closed from 05.01.2026 to 25.01.2026 due to maintenance work and deep cleaning). You can access the wellness area via the underground parking garage.

Next to the underground parking garage, you’ll find a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers.
Storage rooms and niches in the underground parking garage are available for the bicycles you bring with you.
