We had a very enjoyable stay at the property. The owner communicated very well with pertinent information. The property is completely updated and can easily accommodate a huge family. The pool was an added bonus and was cleaned on a timely basis. We’ll be back.

Great trip. Heated pool was game changer with kids. Wake up swim, eat, swim, nap, swim, dinner, and then exhausted for bed. Definitely recommend.

Friends and I took a golf trip to the Bradenton area. Found the house on VRBO and it was perfect for our needs. 3 bedrooms, spacious kitchen/eating/living room area. Screened patio area. Lots of space for hanging out in the back yard. And the pool was wonderful after each round! Adam was VERY responsive to all communications. House was very clean. Well stocked with towels, kitchen items, etc. Everything worked. Neighborhood was quiet. One friend had trouble with the entry key pad, but we'll chalk that up to more the friend then the actual keypad. Being older and a bit picky about where I stay, I would highly recommend this house for a Bradenton trip. Would definitely book again.
