Your Own Private Beach & Pool
Casa Soleada sits directly on a beautiful, tranquil bay with 160 feet of private sandy beach. A natural reef just offshore helps keep the water calm, making the bay wonderful for kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling and enjoying the Caribbean. We offer complimentary kayaks, paddle boards and snorkel equipment. Our gardener maintains the beach and pool daily, so you can simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. The intimate pool area is perfect for cooling off, lounging in the sun, reading a book or enjoying a quiet afternoon overlooking the turquoise waters of Tankah Bay.
Exceptional Food Right at the Villa & Cooking Classes
One of the things our guests can’t stop talking about is out amazing food. Whether you’re craving traditional Mexican specialties or other favorites, we can help create a menu you’ll remember long after your vacation. Our talented cook prepares fresh, authentic meals right in your villa, using her large 14-page menu of traditional favorites. Breakfast and dinner cooking service is provided Monday through Saturday. You order the meals and our staff takes care of the rest. You just pay for the groceries, plus a small shopping fee.
Want to learn how to prepare some of the dishes yourself? Private Mexican cooking classes can also be arranged, giving you the opportunity to cook alongside our talented kitchen staff and take home new recipes and memories.

Edith & Yobany were excellent! I highly recommend placing a grocery order prior to your arrival. Also, place dinner request on your initial night. It is a huge help to have fridge and pantry stocked, and dinner ready when you arrive. House was clean, views are perfect! Kayaks and paddle boards were used everyday.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to Yobany and Edith and their whole team. The food was delicious and made it so nice to not have to go out, and they were so great to pick up groceries for us as many times as we asked. It was my husband and I and our 8 grown kids and significant others and we had a blast. The only thing I would mention was that there is seaweed on all of the beaches (in that whole part of Mexico I believe) but that was not something that could be helped and definitely not a big deal for us. We still went out on the kayaks (which they provide and are so fun!) and the snorkeling was amazing right out from the home. Thanks for an amazing week Frank, Yobany and Edith and your team! We were grateful to get to know you and appreciate your taking such great care of our family.

The host TEAM was amazing. Yobany and Edith are truly wonderful human beings, and Edith’s cooking is second to none. We felt welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay.The property itself is thoughtfully designed for groups. It offers great shared spaces to spend time together while ALSO allowing for privacy when needed. The owner was extremely responsive and efficient. We did experience an AC situation during our stay, and it was addressed promptly.For families traveling with young children, I’ll share a couple of practical points that are helpful to know in advance (and MY BAD for not confirming these details ahead of time). The beach bottom, while sandy, is riddled with large rocks, which makes it difficult to walk out comfortably and limits its suitability for small children.Also, the pool is not heated. The water is refreshing and great for cooling off (Canadian lake style ), but it is on the cooler side for extended periods. The children tended to get chilly fairly quickly, even in HOT weather.Sharing this simply as information for future guests who may be traveling with small kids. These were oversights on our part, not issues with the host or the property.Overall, we rate this place a 5 out of 5. It is a wonderful setting for a group stay, and the hospitality from TEAM EDITH and YOBANY made the experience even more special.Our sincere thanks and gratitude to TEAM EDITH and YOBANY for their warmth, care, and hospitality.
