The pool heater is a new option for 2023 and it is optional: There is a $100 fee with an additional $50/per day. Pool Heater operation is subject to air temp.

Please see the floor plans and bed arrangements. There are 6 bedroom and 6 bathrooms. There is also an additional room with a bunk bed sleeping two.
1st Floor:
No living or bedroom area.
2nd Floor:
(1) Master bedroom: A king bed. Sleeps 2
(2) 2nd bedroom: A queen bed. Sleeps 2
(3) 3rd bedroom: A queen bed. Sleeps 2
(4) Main living room. Queen sleeper sofa. Sleep 2
(5) Sitting are: Queen sleeper sofa. Sleep 2
3rd Floor:
(6) 4th bedroom: A king bed. Sleeps 2
(7) 5th bedroom: A king bed. Sleeps 2
(8) 6th bedroom: A queen bed. Sleep 2

Very impressive property located directly on the beach close (walking distance) to the longest fishing pier in FL. The pool was a great amenity for our group of 14, including 7 children age 10 & under. Our host, Bizhan, was very detailed in his communication before check-in and called/texted us during our stay to see how we were doing.

It is a beautiful home. There were a few hiccups. It had an elevator but couldnt use it, a pool with a heater that you could have paid extra to have it heated, we werent aware. The house overall was beautiful and perfect for large family or groups.

Perfect beach vacation house! Would absolutely stay here again! The ocean view from the 2 story floor to ceiling windows in the living room/kitchen, balconies and pool is stunning!
