It features three bedrooms and three bathrooms: one on the second floor, one on the first floor (a bedroom with a bathtub), and a third on the first floor (in the annex); there’s also another bedroom next to the kitchen with a sofa bed, where two more teenagers or children can sleep if needed.

One more note: it’s possible that during the same period, my neighbor has rented out his house (the centerpiece of the entire building), and even there, so you’ll have to share use of the garden with other people!

* Unfortunately, “Rustiko” also means a constant “battle” against spiders and their webs (which our housekeeper successfully removes after each tenant change) and ants, but they’re never completely gone in such an old house!
