Description of the apartment
Ground floor apartment which was renovated in 2022 with its private swimming pool renovated in 2023 and only for tenants of this very beautiful apartment:

2 bathrooms (2 showers and baths),

Fully equipped kitchen: electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee percolator, toaster, electric juicer, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
2 terraces (1 in the shade and the other bordering the pool in the south facing sun).

Spent 9 nights here as a family of 4. Could not have asked for anything more. Clear instructions for check in and a friendly check in from the property manager. Location of the property is close to shops and restaurants and great as a base for traveling around the area. Pool is a nice size for having a relaxing time and was enjoyed by us at all times of the day.

This was our first visit to the area, and the property was in a perfect location for exploring. We normally cook ourselves due to special dietary needs and the supermarkets were very handy and we had all that we required. A great place to stay and very good value for money

We stayed for one week during the end July during a super hot week. The apartment is a home from home with everything you need in place. The owner was very responsive to my queries and booking request and Norma the host was also very responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac on the golf course. It was very quiet through the day and at night though it would be sensible to have a car if staying as it's a bit of a walk to get into the town. Overall a great stay

The apartment itself is very nice but some of the information in the description of it is incorrect .The only place within comfortable walking distance is the golf club house .My wife and I are reasonably fit and La Fuente is 33 minutes walk away and not 15 minutes as described by you .
We stayed here for a wedding but included 2 other dos all very boozy so no driving involved by us .Hence we did not wish to hire a car yet car hire for this apartment is essential.Had we have known the true times and distances involved we would not have booked this apartment.There are no buses until you reach La Fuente and even then they are few and far between .Local taxis are also scarce particularly during the day .
I have no problem with the apartment just the information given to make us book it .
