You can enjoy your vacation in this 3-room apartment, which measures approximately 59 m². The cheerfully furnished vacation apartment is accessible via a separate entrance. It features a bright living room with a dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag resort is approximately 400 m.

You can access the furnished terrace, which faces southeast, from the bright living area. It offers pure vacation enjoyment. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable double sofa bed (120 x 180 cm) and a modern dining area. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a CD player. The floor is covered with laminate.

The integrated kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a 3-door wardrobe. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The windows have curtains. Both bedrooms have laminate flooring.

The tiled shower room is equipped with a shower and toilet. The floor is tiled. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this smoking apartment. A handcart (subject to availability) and Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are included.

An outdoor parking space is included with the apartment and is located in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be stored in a storage room. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, provide a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
