We absolutely LOVED this house and cwey highly recommend booking it! The house is very clean, bedrooms comfy, the pool, though small in size, is decorated with a beautiful mural, and there's lots of space and seating inside and out. For our group of 4 grownups and 2 kids, it was simply perfect. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dining space, so cooking and eating dinners was a breeze. The location is also excellent, with Route 66 around the corner, Hoover Dam and Las Vegas 1.5 hour drive away, and Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and Sedona within a day trip distance. Definitely put this property and Kingman on your itinerary!

The house was perfect for our stay. Check-in was easy. The house was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. We were there for a car show, and the RV parking on the side was great to keep our classic car there. The house had everything we needed, and it was stocked very well. I wish we would’ve had more time so that we could’ve enjoyed the pool. It’s a beautiful little oasis in the backyard. The owners were close by and they answered any questions we had very quickly. I would recommend this property, and we would stay here again if we are in town. The neighborhood felt very safe.

Leonard and Dulce were extremely prompt with communication. The Jamaica House was immaculate and had just the right amount of kitchen gadgets to make meals. It was in a quiet and quaint location. The stay was outstanding and we will definitely book this place when we make our way back to Kingman!
