This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this house. Nita is a great host. Great location, close to all the attractions, well stocked kitchen and any problem that may arise she goes far and beyond to take care of it. I highly recommend this place!

Well kept. Excellent communication with host. We travelled on Monday Apr 8th to Melbourne, AR and had perfect weather. Although our host is not responsible for the total solar eclipse or the great weather, we appreciated the location, cleanliness and communication with the host.
