This house had it all! Very well stocked with odds and ends that are needed on a daily basis. The finished basement with extra bedrooms and a nice cozy sectional was great! The toys were a huge bonus! The house was so clean, and literally steps from the large pool! The grill, firepit, and hot tub were so nice! We enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch! The house is a short 3 minute drive into town and the beach. We highly recommend this property! Communication with the property management company was great too!

Reviewer Comments:
We recently stayed at Woodsview with my extended family. It was the perfect house for 12 people. We had an overall amazing stay! As someone who works in the travel industry, I can be a tough critic at times, but this house exceeded my expectations. Number 1 was cleanliness- it is the very first thing I look for. The house was clean, the porch in the back was huge and covered, so you were free from the bugs. We spent every night outside playing games. The location was great for those that want a little but of everything. We did MI City and New Buffalo beaches and restaurants. Thank you for a great time. We will be back!

A perfect place to celebrate our mom’s 80th bday all together! The screened in porch was fabulous and kept the bugs out. The hot tub was heavenly, smores roasting on the campfire, the pool was perfect for all ages, and the house was roomy, modern, and clean. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner/soap! Other than that, it was a great place to make memories!

The first two floors of our rental were beautiful. We ran into some issues in the lower-level bedroom and bathroom which I felt horrible about because our guest could not fully enjoy his living area and slept on the living room couch for his visit. In all fairness, the property management offered to help us, but this would have resulted in having a number of maintenance and housekeeping personnel in the house during our vacation. I did not want to deal with that. I think once the problems are addressed and properly corrected, the home will be a beautiful rental. On a positive note, we enjoyed the community pool, the gas grill, and the screened-in porch even though Orkin did spray when I was trying to relax out there. I had asked and it was confirmed that no one would spray to resolve one problem as we had a pregnant woman and toddler staying with us. This did bother me. I hope this review is not too harsh, but I feel that I need to be honest.
