In the town of TROIS-ILETS, the POIRIER PAYS villa
—measuring 170 m² plus 70 m² of deck, pool, and carbet—is ideally located in a housing development at the entrance to the town. Close to all shops (bakery, deli, wine and cheese shop—a 5-minute walk away), the golf course, beaches, restaurants, a tree-top adventure park, the casino, and the ferry to Fort-de-France
This beautiful, highly functional single-story villa can accommodate 6 or even 8 people.
A complimentary breakfast is provided for guests: coffee, hot chocolate, tea, fruit juice, brioche, and a bottle of Chanflor water.
It features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets. The bedrooms have very comfortable 160 x 200 beds. Please let us know when booking if you’ll be using the 7th and 8th additional sleeping spots (in the living room—very comfortable sleeping area with a ceiling fan).
The open-concept kitchen is very well-equipped. Its central island faces the living room, allowing you to enjoy time with family and friends.
You can relax in the shade of the gazebo and enjoy the sunny pool all day long.
Outside: Two parking spaces with very easy access through the gate leading to a small garden at the entrance of the house, full of flowers and trees, including a local pear tree.

Agnès is so wonderful! The house is absolutely perfect! A dream! So comfortable, plenty of space, beautifully decorated. She left us breakfast foods and was so welcoming. The pool and outdoor area is a great retreat. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Perfectly clean! Safe neighborhood! We would love to come back again and again and again! Thank you! Also so close to grocery store, wine shop, delicious bakery and pizza spot! Great area in Martinique!

I thought this property was excellent value for such a lovely home. The living room has hurricane shutters that we opened every morning to let the outdoors in. The pool area was perfect and received good morning sun. Beds were comfortable and it was a minute from an excellent strip mall with pizza, boulangerie, high end wine store, and super marche. 5 minute drive to excellent restaurants and shopping in Pont du Bois. Would definitely go back and stay again, loved it!
