One of our great Savannah vacation rentals is “Fountain View Cottage”. This property has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a gorgeous courtyard complete with a water feature. The location is as convenient as they come with the historic district and Forsyth Park right nearby. There are also plenty of nice cafes and restaurants such as 700 Drayton and Local 11 Ten. The property is a short walk from downtown, Broughton Street and the famous River Street, which has plenty of its own great dining establishments such as The Olde Pink House and Vic's On The River.
Come inside “Fountain View Cottage” and enjoy a living room with plenty of seating and a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals, plus conveniences like a microwave, tea kettle and coffee maker. Heated Pool Access
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on the South End of Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties, it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving

Place was charming and location was good. Quiet area within walking distance of the park. Plenty of space for four. Basic supplies like salt and pepper would have been nice to have been there. No issues with getting hot water.

My family stayed at this lovely cottage for 6 nights. It is clean, nicely decorated, and most importantly quiet. Parking was on the street but we never had any issues finding a spot. If you stay longer than a couple nights, I’d suggest buying extra supplies - shampoo, bar soap, toilet paper - as there was not enough for 3 people for 6 nights. Would definitely choose this place again for a future visit. Also just a few blocks walk to Forsyth Park.

The location was great so easy to walk around to squares, Historic district, River Street, Kroger grocery, shops and great restaurants. The place was very quiet comfortable and clean.
