Check in process was sent the morning of, we asked about the process for checking out the day before and never heard back. Never sent anything morning of either. Booked with the plan to use the hot tub but was disappointed when it was drained.

The home was lovely and very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. However, the hot tub is false advertising. We were excited to enjoy this amenity, but sadly it was not filled. We messaged the host about this and didn’t hear anything back, which was disappointing. A simple explanation or brief apology would have been appreciated. The hot tub should not be featured so prominently in the listing.
