On the upper level, there is a spacious sun deck with views of the mountains, which are a 10-minute drive away. The complex consists of 12 privately owned detached homes surrounding a very large community swimming pool, measuring 25 meters long by 10 meters wide, with varying depths for adults and children. There is also a small community play area. The property features: 3 double bedrooms, 1 large full bathroom, and 1 shower room with a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped but does not include a dishwasher, microwave, or toaster.
