Fantastic jungle view from the balcony

AC was old and noisy.
Windows couldn't be opened and no mosquito net on the door, constantly high humidity causes mold and bad smell.
Balcony can be extremely noisy due to the motorcycles accelerating in the steep road (especially disturbing in the evening).
Note that the balcony railing is not toddler friendly due to big gaps.

Calm, cozy, staff very nice. Great breakfast.
No hot water in one of the rooms and toilet got blocked in the other room. Swimming pool dirty.

The room was exceptional!! Breakfast was a winner on both days too.

Very spacious and comfortable room.
Good facilities.
Friendly staff.
The location was not ideal for my needs, but that would not apply to most visitors.
The problem in my instance was that I like walking to different attractions and the infrastructure in the region is not ideal for that, meaning the roads are narrow and there aren't always sidewalks.
For self-driving visitors this would not apply.
Taxis and e-hailing are available and efficient, but it adds up to become quite an expense for a longer stay.
