After 2 extremly succesfull long term rentals, the time´s come to welcome you in this generously proportioned 144 qm2 (1550 ft2) / 3 bedroom residence with nature views, located only 15 minutes by foot within a level stroll to the sand and surf of beautiful Sámara center/beach or 20 minutes walk to wild Buena Vista beach.
The floor plan encompasses 2 cozy bedrooms in the main house and one extra separate unit that can be used as a guest house or office with plenty of room for study, work and sleep. Two full bathrooms, and a sleek and stylish fully equipped kitchen that flows through to the dining room and private front patio.
Additionally, a 18 qm2 (194 ft2) pool with terrace and deck chairs, a washroom for storage, a private parking space and mosquito net doors and windows will be available for you during your visit. Of course, this residence is provided with AC units in all rooms, hot water in each faucet and fire detectors. We stayed for a month at Luis's casa. Well provided in everything. Well equipped. The pool had to be repaired and Luis took it into his own hands and everything went back to normal but she needs more attention from the pool guys. We had a good time, the heat, the sun and the monkeys were there. 12 minutes from the beach 8 minutes to small grocery. Very good!

Luis was very friendly and responsive. The yard is nice and big and the pool is deep and fun for the kids. The location is great - we didn't walk to the beach but it is a short drive with a lot of parking. Had howler monkeys, iguanas, and hummingbirds in the yard which was great. The yard and house could use some TLC vs. what was pictured. The doors to the house didn't quite seal so we had insects in the house, more than we'd expect, so that was not ideal. Other than that, the house was very clean. The yard could use some maintenance, especially compared to the pictures that we were expecting.

Spacious, clean house. Close enough to the beach and town to walk. AC in all the rooms and ceiling fans in all the outside seating areas made the house a nice oasis from the heat. Howler monkeys in the trees around the property was a nice touch!

Wonderful stay! Loved the location and the house is very comfortable and roomy. Easy charming walk to town and the beach. Beautiful charming area and Luis was a fabulous host, amazingly quick to respond and helpful with recommendations, etc. Great snorkeling at the north end of the beach near the house. Howler monkeys and all kinds of birds provided lots of entertainment. Loved the pool. Safe and comfy and very clean. I am 5 feet tall and the kitchen and bathroom counters are high, built for taller people, but this did not distract from my enjoyment of the property. Highly recommend.
