This beautiful family villa, is near to the Alto Golf Pestana course and close to the fishing village of Alvor. Set in secluded mature gardens with a private pool, BBQ terrace. Offers exclusive comfortable homely facilities. The villa is fully air conditioned.
As you enter the villa there is a small hall and a fully equipped kitchen is located on the left.
The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a 3 seater sofa and another 2 seater sofa along with a rectangle coffee table. There is a TV with English Channels and also a DVD player. You can have direct access to the Pool
Garden area through the patio doors.
In the dining area there is a large table and can seat up to 6 people.
Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds with a separated shower room.
As you walk up the stairs to the 1st floor there is the master bedroom with a large double bed and an on-suite full bathroom.
This villa is ideal for family and friends.
There is parking space.
Alvor town is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes car drive, and offers many very good restaurants and bars. The picturesque sandstone cliffs nearby offer beautiful coastal walks
secluded sandy coves which link to the long sandy Alvor beach. Dolphin watching, canoe trips
river trips are all available locally from Alvor harbour or relax and watch the local fishermen or visiting yachts in the inner lagoon at the harbour-side cafes. There is some evening entertainment in the main street of Alvor. The lively resort of Praia de Rocha and the town of Portimao are both approx. 5km away.
