This sun-soaked suite is has a private entrance and private access to a beautiful garden patio complete with night-time ambiance, a fireplace, and patio furniture. The suite is tucked away from the busiest parts of the city, perfect for a hub in the middle of some of the best attractions NorCal has to offer: SF, Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterey, Santa Cruz, and more. The comfy bed and beautiful old-town neighborhood add to the warm, homey feel.

Good value for the location, in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable enough for a short term stay but during my long term stay there were a few minor issues that made it less comfortable. As the listing mentioned, the unit is not completely isolated from the rest of the house so the sound will travel, but all was usually quiet enough.

We really enjoyed our time here. The patio is beautiful and inviting. There is not a kitchen, just a microwave and mini fridge. Our busy schedule meant that we were not cooking in the unit anyway, but that may be an inconvenience for some.

Great place, as advertised and looks like the photos. Our only complaint are the tiny dead bugs left all over the floor leading to the bathroom and all over the bathroom. Leaving this message so the owners can have a word with their maid.

I tried to submit a careful, thoughtful review and the first was rejected. So, I'll keep this brief. The place was as described: neat, clean, and comfortable. There were a few problems related to noise (I could hear the owner walking around in the night and early morning, which kept me up) as well as the numerous signs around listing the numerous rules that made me a little uncomfortable. In addition, the walk into town can be quite pleasant, but I tried walking back at night and it was very dark. If you stay here, definitely rent a car or only walk during the day. Overall the stay was fine: I come to this town about five times a year, but likely will not stay here again.
