Walk to La Jolla Shores from our beautiful villa. We are located one block from the hub of La Jolla Shores (Avenida de la Playa) and one more block to place your feet in the sand and play in the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. Please refer to our location on the map. We are close to UCSD, Torrey Pines Golf Course, and La Jolla Village. Hwy 5 and 52 are nearby, which make downtown San Diego, Del Mar, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, and many other fun destinations and activities easily accessible.
La Jolla Shores was awarded the designation of best beach on the west coast by Trip Advisor's Travelers' Choice Awards! The beach is waiting for you! This gorgeous home in La Jolla Shores allows you to walk to the beach, book awesome activities with the vendors on Avenida de la Playa, and dine at amazing restaurants..all within walking distance. La Jolla Shores Modern Beach House has received architectural awards and considerable press due to the beautiful design. The home was featured in the Winter 2015 edition of California Homes magazine, the November 2019 Union Tribune Coastal Homes & Estates magazine, Dwell, and many others. The glass wall, which separates the inside from the outside, completely retracts and allows the two to merge. This makes the house wonderful for entertaining and enjoying the gorgeous weather here in La Jolla. This is a 4 bedroom home. All bedrooms have a bathroom and shower (and tub in two). There is also a half bath (powder room) on the main level and an outdoor shower. It is the home of my dreams and I know you will love it as much as I do!

Amazing house. The tall ceilings and full wall of opening glass doors make the living/dining area twice as big and so open. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen cupboards had plenty of pots & pans, dishes, and utensils (we did have to purchase a casserole dish for the night we cooked in.) The property says it accommodates 8 people, although the dining table is really only comfortable for 7, and we needed to pull a few chairs over to watch TV later. Not a big deal. The house is 1 block from a nice Italian restaurant and 3 blocks from a great beach. Our group swam, surfed, and enjoyed a beautiful sunny day just hanging out in the provided beach chairs. We would rent again!

House was so beautiful!!! My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! Such a close walk to beach and food! The outdoor area was very relaxing with such an indoor/outdoor feel with the doors that open completely. We will definitely be coming back to this home for our next vacation!
