A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto

Offering a truly authentic Italian experience, the spacious and beautifully decorated Villa Belvedere is magnificently situated in a unique corner of the ancient village of Bertinoro, with breathtaking views of the peaceful and picturesque Romagna hills, the sea, and the coastline.
Infinity pool heated upon request, hot tub, sauna, steam bath, professional gym; movie theater, billiards, bar area with wine cellar, and a fully furnished, carefully designed, and well-maintained garden featuring a barbecue and outdoor games.
Magnificently nestled within a private park spanning 11,000 square meters, the villa is perfectly situated on the main road of the ancient village of Bertinoro, just a 7-minute drive from the Cesena Nord highway exit. The village itself is a historic gem, preserving its ancient layout of cobblestone streets and glimpses of a bygone era; it is even mentioned in *The Divine Comedy* by “the great poet” Dante Alighieri, who stopped in Bertinoro while staying with the lord of Ravenna, Guido da Polenta. Bertinoro has symbolized true Italian hospitality since ancient times, with the Column of Hospitality in the main square still serving as its centerpiece; it hosts the important Hospitality Festival every September, during which the homes of Bertinoro’s residents open their doors to guests to offer them the traditional Romagna feast-day lunch. Boasting a rich Italian culinary tradition, the town offers exquisite dishes in several small restaurants tucked away in the heart of the town center, nestled among the Tower, the Cathedral, and the thousand-year-old Fortress—beautifully restored and now home to the University Residential Center. Bertinoro is also a wine town, with its thousand hectares of vineyards home to more than 30 superb wineries, famous for their Sangiovese, Albana, Cagnina, and Pagadebit—and offering fabulous wine testings paired with the culinary specialties of the Romagna tradition, first and foremost the fragrant piadina and delicious squacquerone. You’ll also get to taste some of the best Italian gelato (ice cream) and the famous cappelletti al ragù (homemade pasta filled with cheese and served in a wonderful meat sauce) while meeting friendly people in a lovely setting, also well known for its spectacular biking and hiking trails and thermal spa.
Upon arriving at the villa, you’ll discover an oasis of peace, privacy, elegance, nature, and comfort—ideal for an unforgettable family getaway, a memorable celebration of any special occasion such as a wedding or birthday, or even as a unique setting for a business meeting, a photo shoot for an advertising campaign, or a movie production.
From the main gate, you drive directly to the front of the villa, where you’ll find a spacious parking area and the beautiful hydrangea garden, crossed by a marvelous stone staircase and furnished with large hammocks placed under centuries-old pine trees. On the first floor, you’ll find the large 80-square-meter living room, featuring a Kawai piano, a Louis XVI fireplace, designer sofas, and lamps by top Italian brands such as Cassina, Poltrona Frau, and Flos, a smart TV, and a 5-meter-long glass window offering one of the most stunning views of the Romagna hills, the sea, and the coastline, along with a view of the infinity pool and garden, and providing direct access to the main terrace; to the left of the living room is the main kitchen—45 square meters—fully equipped and featuring a spacious dining area, four large windows overlooking the beautiful landscape, and direct access to the main terrace; to the right of the living room is the study, which can be converted into bedroom no. 1 (see photos 61 through 65) with direct access to the main terrace, and bedroom no. 2 (pictures 66, 67, 68), featuring an authentic Poltrona Frau Lullaby round bed, an en suite bathroom, and very large windows overlooking the pool and the beautiful landscape. To the left of the front door is a full bathroom with a shower and a large window overlooking the park (see picture no. 23). On the first floor is the master bedroom No. 4 (pictures 74 through 80), measuring 32 sq. meters, featuring a private terrace, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and an authentic Carrara marble sink, a walk-in closet, and furniture by top Italian brands such as Flou and Bonaldo; it is spacious enough to accommodate an extra single bed or crib when needed; next to bedroom no. 4 is bedroom no. 3 (pictures 70–73), which offers views of the park and features an en suite bathroom with a shower. On the lower floor of the villa, there is a second professional kitchen (photos

We spent 4 wonderful weeks at Villa Belvedere & wholeheartedly recommend it. From our very first inquiry, Vanessa was unfailingly responsive, thoughtful, & generous with her time. Even before we booked, she offered detailed recommendations for places to eat & things to do, often making reservations herself for smaller restaurants without online booking. Every suggestion turned out to be excellent.Once we arrived, her support continued. She arranged an extra gate key when our 3 cars set off in different directions & seamlessly handled several dinner bookings & changes. The Villa itself is beautifully designed & flexible—spaces used as living areas when it was just the 2 of us easily converted to bedrooms when we hosted more guests, comfortably sleeping 9, each room with its own washroom. The Wi-Fi was superb, even with 3 of us on video calls at once. And then there’s the view: utterly breathtaking. Each of the 16 people who stayed with us over the 4 weeks said they’d never tire of it. Vanessa also organized fantastic cooking lessons at the Villa: Chef Valentina, who later welcomed us to her wonderful restaurant D’Antan in Cesena, & Chef Roberto, who taught our family groups to make pasta, piadina, & dessert, even bringing his homemade Nocino. They were both absolutely wonderful. This was a big, much-anticipated trip, & Villa Belvedere exceeded every expectation. It was worth every bit of the splurge for such a spectacular place, & for Vanessa’s exceptional care & hospitality.

A stunning property in a beautiful location with a superb host! Vanessa could not have been more welcoming and helpful with lots of tips about places to eat and visit nearby. We’ve definitely been hooked on Bertinoro and the emilia-romagna region on this visit to and will return

I rented this beautiful villa as a celebratory getaway for a group of family and close friends. in terms of size, location, and amenities, it was absolutely perfect. The property was even more beautiful and larger than expected. From the moment of booking right through the check-out, our host Vanessa was warm, gracious, and helpful. She seemed to sincerely care that we enjoy ourselves, and that set the tone for our stay. This villa is large enough to allow people to have space to do their own thing comfortably. The pool was a centerpiece throughout our time there, but we made use of the entire grounds. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was a great meeting place and was perfect for a group. The location was a major plus for us. Bertinoro is lovely, and we also made use of nearby destinations: Cesena, Romania, San Marino and beyond.I honestly can't think of one thing that would have made our stay better. Every single person had a great time, and I am forever grateful to Vanessa for sharing her beautiful home with us. The only thing I didn't love is that I had to leave!
