The Space:
This beautiful multi-story townhouse style condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths offers a peaceful retreat for you to sit on the balcony to watch the wildlife on the water. Otters, seals, bald eagles and a variety of birds can be seen from the windows facing Discovery Bay. Occasionally you can actually catch glimpses of the Orcas playing in the Strait.
The main floor has windows facing the water that flood the rooms with natural light and allow for you not to miss a thing that happens. The open concept living/dining area has comfortable contemporary furnishings, dining area, a warming gaslog fireplace, Internet and free Wifi. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is ready for you to whip up a meal or light snack.
The downstairs master bedroom has a comfortable king size mattress, a full bath with both a shower and a deep soaking tub. It also has a private balcony.
The upper floor offers the 2nd bedroom with water views, and main bathroom.
There are two sofa beds for extra guests: in the living room and on the upper landing before arriving at the 2nd bedroom.
Washer and dryer included, in a laundry room near the front door.
Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.
NO Pets, Smoking or Fireworks
A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.
Just 20 minutes to downtown Sequim, local gift shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Local adventures in Sequim will have you tour a Lavender farm, hike out to the historic Dungeness Lighthouse, or drive through the Olympic Game Farm.
Discover the beauty of the rainforests, rivers, lakes and vistas throughout the Olympic National Park. Take a day trip out to the western beaches with their gorgeous sea stacks, or beach comb at the popular Salt Creek area Crescent beach where tide pools bloom with sea life you can touch and feel.
Minutes from the community boat launch and dock. There is a separate rec room with foosball and ping pong. Farther down the hall is a fitness center. There is a pool and hot tub as well. Outside is a children's play set and a basketball hoop. Equipment can be checked out from the on site office. They are not affiliated with Brigadoon, but offer amenities on request.
Whether you stay in and enjoy the peaceful view or venture out to explore the area, memories are sure to be made at the Orca Oasis.

Orca Oasis is a great property! It was very clean, comfortable beds, nice furnishings and a generally well equipped kitchen. The view is awesome from every room and the 2 balconies are really nice! We also enjoyed the fireplace some as well. We were able to easily drive to various places on the peninsula, and with a little planning we were able to do everything we wanted to do.We did notice that there was no can opener, and some food storage containers would be helpful, but other than that we found everything that we needed. The unit was also well supplied with toilet paper, paper towel, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, lotion and Kleenex, so that was very nice.The property management, Brigadoon, was very responsive to our needs. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Our host was very welcoming. Two of rh upstairs heaters weren't working. Our host supplied us with space heaters immediately and we were quite comfortable after that.

We especially enjoyed the view from the living area and the fireplace, although the flames were very low and could be turned up just a smidge. Sadly, there was very little wildlife other than seagulls. It was nice to have cleaning products available and the working ice maker was a plus! We were a bit surprised to find that the unit has 3 floors but we made it work and even did several loads of laundry. Thanks!
