We spent out holidays now for the third time in Ann-Marie's house. We love this place! The house is perfectly located, very well equiped and well maintained. The beach, shops and a bakery are within walking distance. Check-in and check out is very well organised. So, we will come back again!!!

The house has all the amenities a family might need and is situated in a great location, with walking distance from the beach, restaurants and grocery shopping. We had the most wonderful time and we hope to be back!

everything was fine, from the closeness of the beach to the great terrace, we gave the kitchen the acid test, it clearly needs improvements, but the owner is apparently aware of it

My extended family (6 adults, 5 kids aged 8-16) loved this beautiful property. We enjoyed the pool and the location near the beach and a short drive from Le Lavandou. Do note that the AC is only in the bedrooms and the Wifi is not very strong on the basement floor (with bunkroom and one other bedroom), but that worked out fine for us!
