• Winter Note: The HOA may temporarily cover exterior windows during winter to protect against falling icicles.
• Construction: Aspen Creek is undergoing community-wide siding and window improvements. Construction may occur between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and guests may experience noise, debris, and limited access in some areas.

The Positive: Spacious condo, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, nice dining area, very comfortable space for our family. The smaller bedroom's double bunkbed was a hit. The master bedroom was large with its own private bathroom.Though the condo's fixtures and furniture was a bit "vintage", a step back in time for sure, it was all functional, and I'll say, added charm to the place.There was a patio with a large amount of firewood for the fireplace. I really like this spot to have my coffee in the morning. (We didn't use the fireplace)Public transit was a minute's walk away, which we tried which added to the adventure of viewing the town. We used it frequently and recommend it. We've been coming up to the area for years and never used it before. We loved the experience, especially the kids.Though we did not use it, the hot tub was clean, and if the weather was better we probably would have.The downside: The condo is generally dark, the light fixtures aren't enough to brightly illuminate the living area. If you're accustomed to not wearing shoes indoors, we don't recommend it here. Maybe bring a pair of house slippers.There was a cabinet with a sheet that was haphazardly placed along with an old stained pillow that looked like someone had a bloody nose. We didn't touch it. (Probably missed by the cleaning crew before us)Overall, we really enjoyed the place! 9/10! We recommend it, especially for a family. We would use it again!

The available unit was changed at the last minute, but the property manager provided alternative unit options as well as the option to cancel. We chose another unit which had more bedrooms but was possibly older and was in need of repairs. The property manager was happy to assist with any concerns, and overall the stay was enjoyable.

The location is good (close to Eagle Lodge) but the unit itself is very dark, and a lot of lightbulbs were missing or inoperable. In particular, the lightbulbs in the second bathroom (not the master bathroom) were almost completely not working and should be changed. The dishwasher was improperly mounted but operational. The bunk bed had some screws missing and the railings were possibly unsafe. Again, this is easily fixed so it seemed like a neglect of basic maintenance. The fireplace was nice. The kitchen did not have cooking oil or salt.
