You will love staying in this beautifully remodeled home centrally located in a lovely and quiet Pensacola neighborhood. Shopping and restaurant options are all 5-10 minutes away. Accessible to public transportation. Fiber internet, perfect for remote workers. Large backyard with deck offers a great opportunity to entertain your group. With a grill, outdoor dining table and comfortable seating, you can enjoy a cold beverage while grilling your favorite foods!

❗️10 minutes to Ferry ride to Pensacola Beach

Close to the hospitals so this would be the perfect location for someone staying in town for work. The home is fully stocked with everything you could need and more to make you feel like you’re at home.
❗️No indoor smoking allowed, $500 fee will be charged if indoor smoking occurs. Please use the backyard area - kindly dispose of cigarettes after and do not leave in yard. If any of the outdoor furniture is damaged from smoking your deposit will not be returned. ❗️

Everything was great! Communication with the owner was excellent, I only had to message for a few minor problems that weren't a big deal. Thanks so much for a woderful stay!!!!!

Tabitha was AMAZING to work with! The house is adorable and has everything you need. There were a few things we needed that the house didn’t have. I contacted Tabitha and she had those items delivered. Our friend in the Navy enjoyed the bed. We even had a small birthday party for our friend in the Navy. We were thankful for all the beach items provided. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Tabitha, thank you for a great vacation. If we ever head back to Pensacola, this will be our first choice for accommodations. If there were 10 star ratings you deserve them all!
