The house was perfect for our family.

Location is great, great, great. Enjoyed the large deck drinking my morning coffee. Layout of the house is good. Upstairs master and bath is large. 3 additional bedrooms downstairs are average size. All bedrooms had tv’s. There was no ice maker but the host said it was getting fixed. Used picnic style grill a couple times. Overall, an awesome vacation with my grown children and grandchildren.

Reviewer Comments:
As a group of women that has rented homes at SGI through Suncoast for over 20 years (twice a year) we have always had the best experience with this rental company. We have rented a variety of houses based on the number of friends available to join. This house has been a repeat for us as it is beautifully located, comfortable, and well equipped.

Reviewer Comments:
This was the second year we have rented this house but will be our last. Needs a major make over. Thing that were brought last year were still brought. ceiling fan in one bedroom was missing a blade. Light fixture were burnt out and not replaced. No furniture on upper deck. House needs a new coat of paint inside. Shame to let a nice house deteriate.
