Whether it’s a beach day, a round of golf, or a relaxing afternoon by the pool, this condo offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience for your next getaway!
☆ 1st floor, two-bedroom condo (including private lockout) and private screened-in porch.
☆ Located at Village at the Glens minutes from various restaurants, shops and family entertainment.
☆ Beach chair available in the patio closet.
☆ Numerous nearby golf courses.
☆ Two bedrooms with two beds each (one queen and one full) sleeping a maximum of 6 allowed guests. Second bedroom is an adjoining lockout with separate private entrance and adjoining, lockable door from both sides.

☆ No pets allowed, per HOA.

☆ Queen and Full beds in each of the two bedrooms. These are two adjoining units (one 1-bedroom and a separate studio lockout) with separate entrances. There is an adjoining door between the units that can be locked from either side for privacy.

☆ Smart TVs in both bedrooms
THE KITCHEN and LIVING AREA
☆ There is a fully stocked kitchen in the one-bedroom unit and a kitchenette in the studio lockout.
☆ All major appliances available in the full kitchen. Mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee-maker available in the lock-out side.
☆ Full size washer and dryer available in the one-bedroom unit.
☆ Keurig Coffee maker in both units.
☆ Smart TV in the living room capable of streaming your favorite shows and music. Basic cable also available.
☆ Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from the booking platform.
☆ This is a completely smoke-free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug free unit and is limited to 8 guests. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of your rental agreement and additional fees.
☆ Please return ALL POOL KEY CARDS ($200 fee to replace each one missing)
☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.
