Great location. No issues with parking. Access to beach was simple. Only access is thru designated area not far from condo. All beaches are private access. The only public close by is on Inlet Beach. Many restaurants close by, including Alys Beach that is about .5 miles walking distance. We used our car only once when driving to Seaside Beach downtown area.

Excellent location. Clean. Everything worked as expected and the room was as described. Host was very responsive and easy to deal with.

It was very hard to get the correct amount of wrist bands. Our family was never able to be at the pool or beach at the same time.
