Less than half a mile from the iconic Chapel of the Holy Cross and easily walkable, this peaceful retreat also puts hikers close to the trails, with access to the Bell Rock trailhead approximately 500 feet south of the property. From here, you're ideally positioned to enjoy Sedona's famous red rocks, vortex sites, scenic viewpoints, restaurants, galleries, and outdoor adventures.
With comfortable interiors, a private deck, fire pit, BBQ, cozy fireplace, and a newly added EV charger, Lynx Landing is an inviting home base for exploring Sedona and enjoying the beauty of the surrounding desert.

THINGS TO KNOW
* Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Proof of age is required.
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
* Stays of 21 nights or longer require a $500 utility deposit. Utility caps apply.
* Guests must complete identity verification and sign the Casago rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
* A starter supply of essential toiletries, paper products, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent is provided.
* For the comfort of guests and neighbors, smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are not permitted on the property.
* Noise and smoke monitoring systems are in place.
* Please keep gatherings appropriately sized and respectful of the neighborhood. Mailbox access is not available.
* Dogs are welcome with prior approval. One dog up to 25 lbs is permitted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
* Routine maintenance visits may occur for items such as filters, batteries, and smart lock service. Advance notice will be provided.

Reviewing this property as a VRBO owner myself (in MT). The house is absolutely gorgeous inside and out it is in the most prime location, near everything, quiet outside, no near neighbors. Views out 3 sides of the house is just crazy! The ability to use the propane fireplace was a super nice touch especially because we visited for 4 days and of three of the four days we saw snow showers! The house is "updated" in most aspects. Now I must mention. The rental management company. Wow. Talk about 10 unnecessary extra steps. After booking, you are greeted with about five emails and they want a photo of you a photo of your ID, I want a photo of you with your ID with your credit card that you used It's just all absolutely ridiculous. These measures are not necessary and most are covered through VRBO. Casago, If they are mentioned in future stays I will stay at different location. It was that silly. Aggressive signage for fees also, not necessary. Overall we had a great time nothing wrong with the house nothing wrong with the property it was all great except for the management company which I could have totally done without.

Nicely located south of town. Easy to get to trails for hiking. House was adequate. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Hot tub is nice, especially as it had just be expand cleaned.
