Sardinia, Barbagia di Seulo, with breathtaking mountain views and nestled in the unspoiled greenery of the countryside. A romantic, detached cottage furnished with great care, ideal for a family of two to three people. We ensure the rooms are spotlessly clean by following strict sanitization protocols.
It consists of a spacious living room with a spectacular view, a kitchenette, and a
spacious and inviting sitting area. The living room opens onto a spacious loggia furnished for dining and enjoying a spectacular view of the mountains. There is also a double bedroom and a lounge with a comfortable sofa bed. The house offers all the amenities needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall.
We have also been managing the property La Peonia-Seulo nearby since May 2019: 10262575.. It is a new apartment with a stunning view, tastefully furnished, converted from an old 19th-century farmhouse, offering panoramic views and nestled in a beautiful, green valley.
The home is equipped with heating and air conditioning, a TV, microwave, toaster, various kitchen accessories, bed linens, and bath linens, as well as toiletries.
The home is nestled in a landscape that remains unspoiled and wild. The surrounding landscape offers enchanting scenery, considered among the most captivating in Sardinia and a highly attractive destination for unforgettable excursions. Just a few kilometers away lies Seulo, a small picturesque village rich in springs, waterfalls, forests, and natural pools with crystal-clear water, where you can enjoy a delightful swim. You simply can’t miss a hike along the Sa Stiddiosa River trail.
The Su Stampu ’e su Turrunu waterfall is enchanting and unique—a natural wonder inside a cave nestled deep within the lush greenery of the forest.
Natural archaeological sites such as the Domus de Janas caves and the nuraghi are major attractions. The town hosts festivals and village fairs, which often extend to neighboring towns, allowing visitors to appreciate the value of local traditions and the region’s food and wine offerings.
Just 200 meters away is the renowned Agriturismo Ticci, where you can enjoy excellent traditional dishes at affordable prices.

The styling of the interior of the house was really lovely and there was plenty of room for a family of four people. The location looking down a very picturesque valley was stunning and we found the local people in Seulo and surrounds to be lovely...as were the owners of the house who very kindly supplied food and wine on our arrival. Our only criticism would be the upkeep of the garden areas and the bikes. It didn’t bother us but this is an area that could be improved.
We would highly recommend visiting Agriturismo Ticci next door. We ate there twice and the owners are lovely and the food was fabulous.
Because Seulo only has a couple of small general stores, you may want to pick up supplies before arriving, particularly if you intend to cook at the house.
Overall, we had a great time, the real Sardinia is here. It’s quiet, relaxed and beautiful.

Wonderful place surrounded by a peaceful green nature. Great for relaxing and doing beautiful excursions. The house is very nice and well equipped, with a large well-furnished garden. The view is so beautiful! We were welcomed with kindness and hospitality.

We spent a week in this well equiped house in the Sardinian mountains. Away from the tourists and the beaten track. A truly authentic experience. Miriam (and Victoria) made us feel very welcome. The house has great views on the surrounding mountains. We also enjoyed the privacy of the location. The nearby Agriturismo Ticci is a great place to sample the local food. A big thank you to Mriam for her hospitallity.

The location of the house is beautifull with a nice view on the hills and bordered by wine yards.
We had bad luck though with the farmer plowing the wine yards during all the three mornings, his noisy machine disturbing the peacefull atmosphere for hours. It was so loud we took our breakfast inside the house.
The house itself is simple but adequate and the terrace is fine with a wide view.
We were glad the heater worked fine, because it was still quite cold.
