This brand-new slopeside residence offers a gateway to world-class skiing, biking, and hiking, while remaining just a 10-minute walk from the iconic shopping and dining of Main Street. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this home sleeps 8 guests comfortably and serves as a premier home base for families and friends.
The interior is integrated into Park City’s natural beauty with thoughtfully crafted architecture and high-end design. A chef’s dream kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and top-tier appliances, opens into a bright great room anchored by a dramatic fireplace and abundant natural light. The lower level is dedicated to entertainment, featuring a family theater room and a wet bar, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain.
The sleeping quarters are spread across multiple levels to ensure maximum privacy and comfort. The top floor houses the primary suite, which includes a spa-like steam shower, alongside a junior master suite with its own private balcony. Two additional guest suites are located on the lower level. Great location right next to elevator for ski in/out. If enough snow at base.

The property was great and as advertised, and the property management company (Abode) was friendly and responsive every step of the way, from pre-booking to after check-out (they arranged for our skis and boots to be transported to the shipping location after we had checked out). It was really nice having 4.5 bathrooms—with plenty of hot water—which made washing up quick and painless. The only things that weren’t so great were (1) we couldn’t use the ski in/ski out feature of the property and (2) the dip at the end of the driveway and the narrow driveway meant it was really easy to bottom out and scrape the bottom of a minivan, even when it wasn’t fully loaded. A crossover had no problem. Regarding the lack of ski in/ski out, it had nothing to do with the property owner or management, but was rather due to the warm weather in Park City, which meant that the Kings Crown ski run was closed. Would I stay there again? Absolutely, but maybe not so late in the ski season!

This place was great and located in great area. Restaurants were walkable and ski-in/ski-out was perfect. House very accommodating for our group of 7. Would definitely stay again!
