Host was responsive - we had some issues in the beginning with parking and cleaning staff was not yet finished, but Nicholas was able to help us resolve it. Overall it's a clean and adequately supplied rental. We really liked the location (just steps from the beach), and having parking which is definitely a plus for this area. Great rental for the price. A few small touches could make it even better.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. We were so close to the beach and Boardwalk, we had a great time.

Nicolas is super communicative, which is great for check-in.
The room was very clean. The bathroom is old Florida, which we found cool.
The pictures make it bigger than it is, but we were very comfortable.
The best thing is that the room is ~half a block (short walk) to the beach and several blocks south of dining & drinking

The manager was kind enough to call me when the room was ready. Very accomodating.
