The living and dining areas are on the first floor, with the second floor hosting two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite). The ground floor offers the internal access garage as well as the third bedroom and bathroom.
Situated directly across from Latimer Square, it is the ideal home for professionals, families, and urban-focused travellers alike offering instant access to the best Christchurch has to offer.
Includes single-car garage parking.

Please note: this property is spread across three floors with all living areas on the first floor. This property may not be suitable for people who cannot easily use stairs.
This property has a private entrance with and electric lock.
