Overall, we had a positive stay and would consider renting this property again.The only issue that initially gave me pause was that shortly after booking, the host contacted me saying they had detected a “possible unauthorized event” and that our reservation might be canceled. Since I was traveling with business partners attending a conference, I was surprised and concerned. Fortunately, everything was resolved quickly, and our stay went smoothly from there.The home was a great fit for our group. The location was convenient, and the property was clean overall, aside from normal wear and tear. I would recommend wiping down the walls during routine cleanings, placing baking soda in the refrigerator to help with odors, repairing the automatic ice maker, and adding outdoor lighting around the pool area for safety and visibility.The refrigerator had a foul lingering odor despite appearing clean, the ice maker didn’t work, and the pool area had no lighting after dark. The host was responsive and apologetic, explaining they hadn’t been informed about the ice maker and that the previous guests had left food in the refrigerator. While it had been cleaned, the odor remained.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, appreciated the host’s communication, and would recommend this property to others.

I would highly recommend this property to anybody who's thinking of renting this lovely house. clean
