Experience an unforgettable vacation at Leamington Pavilion, where luxury and tranquility meet to create an unforgettable escape in a 2-acre magical estate home on the Platinum Coast. This beachfront villa, designed by Oliver Messel, influential designer of houses, film & stage sets, is the epitome of elegance.
From the moment you step inside, you will be surrounded by luxurious amenities and breathtaking views of the ocean & lush, meticulously maintained gardens. The patios are aligned for perfect sunset views.
Leamington Pavilion is more than just a villa, it is an experience with dedicated & discrete staff available to cater to your every whim with delicious meals and 5-star service.
The owners have put their all into creating a cocoon of beauty as a setting for relaxation and calm.
Leamington Pavilion blends indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. A tranquil 13.5m x 10m outdoor pool and al fresco dining space, with well thought out outdoor lighting, creating an intimate dining experience after dark, lends itself perfectly for outdoor living.
Three spacious ensuite bedrooms are superbly decorated, offering ample space for relaxation and a total recharge of the senses. The master suite boasts a stunning canopied bed, and a trellised sitting area overlooking the pool and gardens provides a serene sanctuary.
Enjoy on-site amenities, of tennis and a gym, high speed wi-fi, smart TVs, private secure access to the beach. Leamington Pavilion stands as a testament to premium beachfront villa life.
With Leamington's refined architectural features, together with well-curated antiques and European paintings, one gets a sense of true exclusivity.
The connections that guests form when visiting Leamington and return time & time again is because of the emotional attachment to the house and not to mention the exceptional staff - we call it 'Leamington Loyalty'.
Leamington Pavilion can be rented alone or together with Leamington Beach Cottage for a total of four bedrooms: Leamington Estate.
Please note: The beach experiences seasonal fluctuations in its accessibility.

To the entire Staff - We are so grateful for all you have done for us. Your hard work does not go unnoticed and leaves us more appreciative of each of you every visit. Leamington has been the breathe of fresh air we desperately needed. Our family always looks forward eagerly towards the opportunity of revisiting. We all felt bittersweet feelings as our departure neared. I would say that just goes to show how special Leamington really is. Thank you doesn't do it justice. Hope to see you all soon. All of our Love!
