House was very cozy. It had everything we needed to make for an enjoyable weekend to celebrate our anniversary.

The place was just what we had hoped for. Spacious, comfortable, and right in the heart of red river gorge activities. If you’re coming down with a group to climb or just explore the area, this is a great choice

The home has some renovations that have been done but still needs a bit of updating. Kitchen cabinets are original and could stand a refresh. Beds were comfortable but we noticed that there weren't any extra blankets. Some of the guests were cold so that was an issue. The other thing I would say is that they need to provide more towels and pillows. The roosters and turkeys were fun to watch. Loved the deck and the hot tub.

The house was fairly clean but the floor needs to be cleaned. There are not enough glasses and coffee cups for the number of people that the house accommodates. Could use some extra dishes. The location is very central to things in red river gorge.
